All plans are drawn at ¼” scale or larger and include :

• Elevations: Drawn at 1/4?=1?0? scale and includes material labels, floor-to-floor heights and roof slope indicators
  
• Floor Plans: Drawn at 1/4?=1?0? scale and includes door and window sizes, complete and accurate dimensions, room labels and interior room sizes, electrical layouts, all code-related notes, building section markers, floor joist sizes (spacing and direction)
  
• Foundation or Slab Plan: Drawn at 1/4?=1?0? scale and includes complete and accurate dimensions, foundation wall and footings, all code-related notes, building section markers, floor and deck joist sizes, spacing and direction, rough-in plumbing location (if applicable), mechanical equipment locations (if applicable), Electrical locations (if applicable)
  
• Roof Design Plan: Drawn at 1/4?=1?0? and includes all beam and header heights and locations, all hips, gables, ridges and valleys, building section markers, all code-related notes, all necessary notes pertaining to the structural system
  
• Building Sections: Drawn at 1/4?=1?0? scale and includes beam sizes, connections and locations, floor joist size and spacing, floor-to-floor heights, non-typical plate heights indicated
  
• Typical Wall Sections: Drawn at 1/2?=1?0? scale and includes all labels indicating wall construction, foundation wall thickness and reinforcing, insulation types and thickness
  
• Miscellaneous Notes and Details: Miscellaneous framing details, stairway details (if applicable), general notes covering all current Southern Building Code requirements for homes
  
• NOTE: PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE ENGINEERING OF TRUSSES/RAFTERS. THESE DETAILS WILL NEED TO BE VERIFIED BY A LOCAL PROFESSIONAL.
