All plans are drawn at ¼” scale or larger and include :

• COVER SHEET: with front renderings and general notes.
  
• FOUNDATION PLAN: (Slab standard) 1/4"=1'0", Other foundations may be available as an option. Call for availability and/or modification quotation.
  
• FLOOR PLAN(S): for each floor including all dimensions, 1/4" = 1'0".
  
• ELEVATIONS: front (1/4" = 1'0"), rear and sides (1/8" or 1/4" = 1'0").
  
• BUILDING SECTION
  
• DETAIL SHEETS
  
• ROOF PLAN: (does not include truss layout and profiles which are determined in area of construction.)
  
• ELECTRICAL PLANS: For each floor. (Outlet, switch and fixture layout only)
  

NOTE: Due to regional variations, local availability of materials, local codes, methods of installation, and individual preferences, it is impossible to include much detail on heating, plumbing, and electrical work on your plans. The ductwork, venting, and other details will vary depending on the type of heating and cooling system (forced air, hot water, electric, solar) and the type of energy (gas, oil, electricity, solar) you use. The details and specifications are easily obtained from your builder, contractor, and/or local suppliers.
