Customization (Plan# 18-2004): Three basic changes make the plan more functional and spacious.
  1. Remove the partitions between dining area and great room, extend great room, and add built-in storage.
  2. Expand the dining area into part of the kitchen.
  3. Extend the kitchen, incorporate the nook, and square off the corners to create a country kitchen organized around a big work/breakfast island.
