Our Rare Historical Plans comprise an expanding collection of architecturally significant home designs from the recent past, including a selection of modern atrium- and gallery-oriented plans created for developer Joseph Eichler in the 1960s and a range of innovative rustic-contemporary cottage plans from the 1980s by architect William Turnbull, who helped design California's influential Sea Ranch community.
