Welcome Meeting: Client and project Designer have phone meeting to discuss and clarify project goals and expectations. This occurs within 7 days of your plan purchase. |

Design Checkset 1: Based on Client’s scope of work Houseplans will modify the house plan drawings and email the Client a Design Checkset. This Checkset will be in pdf format and include the floor plan(s) and elevations. |

2 Days |
Client Approval / Feedback: Clients gives approval of the Design Checkset or feedback using the comments worksheet. Once the Client approves Design Checkset the Working Drawings phase begins. |

Design Checkset 2: Based on the Client’s comment worksheet Houseplans will modify the house plan drawings and email a Design Checkset. This Checkset will be in pdf format and include the floor plan(s) and elevations. |

Client Approval / Feedback: Clients gives approval of the Design Checkset or feedback using the comments worksheet. Once the Client approves Design Checkset the Working Drawings phase begins. |

Design Checkset 3: Based on the Client’s comment worksheet Houseplans will modify the house plan drawings and email a Design Checkset. This Checkset will be in pdf format and include the floor plan(s) and elevations. |

Working Drawings Phase |

*Working Drawings Checkset: After Client has approved the Design Checkset, a Working Drawings Checkset will be created and emailed. The Working Drawings Checkset will be in pdf format and include the foundation plan, floor plan(s), electrical plan(s), elevations, section(s), roof plan, and construction details. |

2 Days |
Client Approval / Feedback: Client gives approval of the Working Drawings Checkset or feedback using the comments worksheet. Once the Client approves Working Drawings Checkset Houseplans will prepare the Final Deliverables. |

7 Days |
Final Deliverables: After we receive your approval on the Working Drawings Checkset, your drawings will be finalized and delivered to you. Final Deliverables are based on your purchase – pdf, cad, or prints. |
