This is a set of drawings printed on Vellum or Bond, that comes with a copyright release and reproducible license. The copyright release gives you the right to modify and copy the plans. The reproducible license typically allows you to make 10-12 copies of the plan for your construction needs. New home construction generally requires multiple drawing copies. Typically you will want one for yourself, the lender, the builder, the subcontractors, and the local building department.

The included license is for building one house only. To build more than one house, please contact us us for a multiuse building license. Reproducible sets are not available with all house plans.
