Mirror Reversed Sets

$0.00
A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.

Unless you buy an “unlimited” plan set or a multi-use license you may only build one home from a set of plans. Please call to verify if you intend to build more than once. Plan licenses are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Houser Walker Architecture

Houser Walker Architecture - Houseplans.com
“Our hope is that each person who lives in our homes is equally delighted with it fifteen years on as they are the day it is finished.” Established in 2004, Houser Walker Architecture offers ecologically driven architecture, interiors, furniture design, and management services. HWA believes the quality of the built environment contributes directly to the quality of daily life. Their designs maximize the "free" qualities available to all: proper siting, daylight, cross ventilation; locally standard construction techniques and materials; and the different ways people inhabit their homes. HWA strives to create “ecologically intelligent,” affordable designs that are durable, energy efficient, and architecturally interesting. The firm was awarded AIA Atlanta’s EV08 prize, recognizing the quality of the studio’s body of work to date. In 2008, HWA was profiled in Architectural Record as an emerging regional practice. Founding partner Gregory Walker focuses on residential and commercial projects, and furniture and product design. He spent his early career working on residences in the award winning town of Seaside, Florida. Gregory’s work has been recognized with honor awards from the Boston Society of Architects and the Atlanta Urban Design Commission and his work exhibited in Boston and Atlanta. In 2004, he was awarded the AIA Georgia Young Architect Award. He has taught at the University of Arkansas and as an Adjunct Design Studio Instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Gregory earned a Bachelors of Architecture from Auburn University and a Masters of Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design. Hank Houser has worked in the construction industry since 1990 as a carpenter, material provider, and architect. As a founding partner in Houser Walker Architecture, Hank leads museum and cultural projects. His design work has won several awards, including an AIA Atlanta Residential Design Award for his own home renovation. His work has been displayed at the 1996 AIA convention and at the 2004 and 2005 Greenprints Conference. Hank has spoken at numerous local and national conferences on subjects regarding daylighting, planning for construction, and sustainable building strategies. Hank received a Masters in Architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
