Historic Shed is a design-build company that offers historically appropriate accessory buildings, including garden sheds, garages and cottages throughout the state of Florida. Designed by company co-owner Jo-Anne Peck, each building design demonstrates a commitment to historic preservation principles, craftsmanship and proper use of traditional materials and details. Ms. Peck has an undergraduate degree in Building Science, a Masters degree in Historic Preservation and is a certified Florida Building Contractor and Residential Wind Load designer. She’s been involved in consulting, design and construction for historic buildings in Florida for over 15 years.
