Plan Description

This design is an exploration into how small a house could be while still adhering to the Residential Code. It is a full home within a 13' x 24', single floor package. Features include a 13'x12' porch, a fireplace, and a convertable couch/murphy bed allowing the main room of the house to fullfill all of the functions of a normal house in one room! The flat roof allows for simpler construction and the ability to place solar panels atop without the fuss of complex angling. A peaked roof option is in the works, check back soon!
