The curated roof line and spacious L-shaped plan is suitable for either a corner or mid-block lot. With the optional partial basement and a full over-the-garage bonus space, this house is suitable for multi-generational families or for those wanting a BnB option. The downstairs has both a full office, guest bedroom and full bathroom accessible from the front entry as well as a drop-off/mud room from the garage entry. The kitchen features wooden ceiling beams, built-in oven and microwave, and a separate butler's pantry for meal prep and deep freeze storage. The double height great room with a stone fireplace is perfect for hosting gatherings or intimate family evenings. The dining room-great room-kitchen triangle is arranged to maximize efficiency and flexibility. Thoughtful touches such as windows and ledges at the upper fireplace provide space for holiday decorations. Upstairs, the loft is accessible from the minor bedrooms and can be closed off for quiet time. The laundry is convenient to the bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom and primary bathroom with a soaking tub, a full walk-in shower and large closet is a welcome retreat at the end of the day. The bonus space over the garage has its own private entrance from the exterior and from within the 2nd floor loft. The large front and rear porches are well suited for outdoor living and entertaining and the back porch can be open or screened in to suit the climate. Mirror Reversed Sets

A mirror-reversed set is a printed copy of your house, resulting in the same image you would see if you held the drawing up to a mirror. Everything, including the text, is backward in relation to the original design. These kinds of drawing are typically used to reorient an original plan more advantageously on a site, either because the homeowner prefers it that way or because of limitations of the site itself. Note: Mirror reverse sets are only available with a 5 copy or 8 copy set. With a Reproducible, PDF, or CAD set, you can print mirrored copies locally. In addition: 5 Copy set selected, should only allow 4 mirrored sets to be selected. 8 Copy set selected, should only allow 7 mirrored sets to be selected.

“It's just not practical to invest in a new house that can't adapt to your family's changing needs.” Dan's more than 20 years of experience as an architectural designer began with student work at Georgia Tech. He is inspired by some of the major design figures of the 1940s and 50s - such as architects Richard Neutra and J. R. Davidson, and developer Joseph Eichler - who knew how to develop plans that were efficient and spacious. "These same principles are even more important in today's homes," he says. "My plans expand interior space by extending multiple views to the outside and by taking advantage of diagonal vistas. They target multi-generational families, the growing need for multiple home offices, and include traditional and modern designs for primary and secondary homes."
