Welcome Home! This 2-story farmhouse style design has all that classic charm with the modern features you deserve. The curated roof line and spacious L-shaped plan is suitable for either a corner or mid-block lot. With the optional partial basement and a full over-the-garage bonus space, this house is suitable for multi-generational families or for those wanting a BnB option. The downstairs has both a full office, guest bedroom and full bathroom accessible from the front entry as well as a drop-off/mud room from the garage entry. The kitchen features wooden ceiling beams, built-in oven and microwave, and a separate butler's pantry for meal prep and deep freeze storage. The double height great room with a stone fireplace is perfect for hosting gatherings or intimate family evenings. The dining room-great room-kitchen triangle is arranged to maximize efficiency and flexibility.
